Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QRFYOU (qrfyou.com) and its QR code generation, analytics, and related services. By creating an account or using QRFYOU, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use QRFYOU.

2. Plans & usage limits

The Free plan includes 100 lifetime QR codes, then 20 additional QR codes per month, subject to change. Paid plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) are shown on our Pricing page; card-based upgrades are not live yet — Enterprise is arranged directly with our sales team. We'll update these Terms once self-serve paid billing goes live.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QRFYOU to create or distribute QR codes that:

Link to illegal content, malware, or phishing pages
Are used for spam, fraud, or to impersonate another person or business
Infringe someone else's intellectual property or violate their privacy
Violate any applicable law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Dynamic QR codes & redirects

Dynamic QR codes route through a short QRFYOU redirect link so you can change the destination later without reprinting the code. You're responsible for keeping the destination content appropriate and functional. On the Free plan, some redirect pages may show ads (see our Privacy Policy) to help keep the plan free — paid plans are ad-free.

5. Intellectual property

QRFYOU and its branding, design, and codebase belong to us. The content you put into your own QR codes (URLs, contact details, campaign names, etc.) remains yours — we don't claim ownership of it.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep QRFYOU reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Termination

You may stop using QRFYOU and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@qrfyou.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

QRFYOU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues with third-party destinations your QR codes point to.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by your local law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
